Residential Inspections
Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make. Before you buy, you should have a home inspection to avoid potentially costly repairs that would otherwise go undetected until they become even more costly. This is our typical home inspection that catches common defects so you understand the investment you’re making.
Commercial Inspections
A commercial building inspection helps you identify potential problems before they become expensive repairs or even worse, an unsafe structure. It also gives you peace of mind knowing that your property is safe for tenants and visitors.Whether you're looking for a quick turnaround or a comprehensive inspection, our certified property inspectors are ready to serve you.
Mold Testing
There are over 400,000 types of mold, and while there are only a few dozen that are toxic, exposure to many molds can lead to health problems. It can also cause structural damage to your house.
Multi-Unit Inspections
A multi-unit home inspection is an essential process that should not be overlooked by potential buyers or sellers. It involves an in-depth examination of all units within a property, including structural components, electrical systems, plumbing, heating and cooling, and other interior and exterior areas.
Asbestos Inspections
If your home was built before the 1970's and you suspect that there may be parts that use asbestos-containing materials, you should have it tested right away. Asbestos is extremely toxic and can cause irreversible health effects, so don’t wait.
WDO Inspections
Termites can go unnoticed until they cause catastrophic damage to your home. Whether you’re shopping for a home and suspect a termite issue, or you think your current home may be affected by termites, we can provide you with comprehensive testing, and help you understand your options for termite remediation if we do discover an infestation.
Radon Testing
Radon is colorless and odorless, and it is extremely carcinogenic. According to the EPA, radon is one of the leading contributors to the development of lung cancer, behind only smoking. For this reason, regular radon testing is key whether you’re a homeowner, or you’re interested in purchasing a home.
Thermal Imaging
The purpose of an infrared scan is to find issues that may not be visible to the naked eye and catch them before they become a major problem. With the use of our infrared camera, we can help identify moisture, insulation, electrical, HVAC issues, and more.
Pre-Drywall Inspections
It becomes increasingly difficult to inspect these important parts of your home when the drywall is installed, which means it's imperative to get a preemptive inspection.
Pool and Spa Inspections
A pool inspection is one of the most important steps in owning a swimming pool. We are licensed and insured to inspect residential swimming pools and spas, commercial swimming pools and spas, and water features such as fountains and whirlpool tubs.
